It is easy to get a VISA to Myanmar. The Southern California Chinese and Burmese association have received a lot of donation money for cyclone victims. The orihinal plan was going to give it to Taiwan Buddhist Tzu Chi Foundation because their people are already in Myanmar helping the victims. Now as Myanmar government allow outside people to come and help the victim, they might go out there by themself.
